Fresh from passing the Bar, Atty. Migs co-founded Nograles Ilagan Cayco Aban & Dabi (NICLD) Law Firm in Davao City. As Managing Partner, she helped shape it into a client-centered firm specializing in civil law, business law, and alternative dispute resolution (ADR)—always prioritizing solutions over drawn-out litigation.
Her dedication to ADR extended beyond the firm. As an active member of the Philippine International Center for Conflict Resolution (PICCR) and the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI), she champions peaceful, efficient ways to resolve disputes—proving that law can heal, not just argue.
But her impact didn’t stop in the courtroom. Believing that real change begins with education, she took her expertise to the classroom, teaching law and business at Ateneo de Davao, Rizal Memorial Colleges, St. Thomas More School of Law & Business, and the University of Mindanao.
